This woman. This woman. THIS WOMAN.
A while back, I interviewed this gal to work for me and quickly realized she was WAY out of my league. The knowledge she had accrued in her career around online business was/is frigging staggering. Assisting me would have done her a huge disservice so I thanked her for her time and sent her on her way.
About a month later she started an incredible business, The Monarch & Co., that helps heart-centered entrepreneurs launch their businesses to the next level. We met up again just after that, and the conversation we had was unbelievable. She was just dropping sentences here and there like it ain’t no thang, and meanwhile I was having a massive, internal revolution as a result.
Fast forward to today and we’re top-notch buds and working together more often than not. This heartfelt collaboration has grown The Monarch & Co. and Hummingbird Media simultaneously, and in spades. The universe knew we had to work together, but not with one being the boss of the other. She’s not working for me, and I’m not working for her, because these two independent ladies don’t do dat. Working with Amanda is a breath of fresh air and my favourite way to work.
