Lindsey Bradbury is indescribable, but if I had to try, I’d say she’s a cross between a philosopher, a well rooted tree, a sprite and a shaman. You know, the usual.
Her business, Mind Body Move is based on uncovering the deep knowledge that all of our bodies possess but we’ve closed our eyes and ears to, and that endeavour is not for the faint of heart.
I met Lindsey like I meet most strong, entrepreneurial women – through The Monarch & Co. and when she first approached me to work with her, we instantly connected. She asked me to help with her website and to be honest, it took me a couple of stabs to nail the messaging – because what she does is so hard to coin because it’s so simple, but unfortunately uncommon.
She helped my son with his toe-walking, and in the process helped his little body release so much stored emotion. Again it’s hard to describe but #IYKYK. There aren’t enough words to capture my gratitude, but I can say with confidence that she will forever be a part of our family.
On our discovery call, she told me she got me a gift, and she dropped it off the next week. It was a beautiful, clear, brightly coloured hummingbird that has hung from my review mirror ever since. It’s a constant reminder of how supportive this community is, and that we are all, always being held. Not a bad pick for someone you’ve never actually spoken to before – and that right there captures Lindsey and the soulful, intuitive work that she’s doing.
I don’t care if you think you’re top notch with your health, you should give her a call anyway. She can heal you.
