Yates Outdoor Sales

Growing up in Collingwood, there is a respect attached to those who master the elements and learn to use them to their advantage. As a kid, professional snowboarding, skateboarding and any kind of boarding really, was a very common goal for my crew to have, and frankly, quite a few of them attained it.

So when Kevin Yates gave me a call and asked if I thought I could capture Ontario Dock Life, Beach Life, Camp Life – I thought, “Oh, you mean the essence of my soul? I think so.” Haha.

Out of all of the builds I’ve done, I have never encountered gratitude like I did in Kevin. It wasn’t because this is the best site on the interweb – it’s because he shared a piece of his personality with me, I took it in, and was able to SHOW him that I saw and understood it. That really sparked something in me, and it’s a goal I chase down with every build I do now.

After our experience together he officially named me a part of the Yates Outdoor fam.

It’s a good place to be.
